Philip J. Berg has just formally responded that, due to Rule 36 of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (their failure to respond within 30 days), Obama and the DNC have technically admitted all allegations made against them.

Seems to me that if the DNC and Obama wish to make this go away, simply producing the long form birth certificate is much easier and cheaper than filing a motion. Common sense. Must be something to this and if so it must be revealed pronto.

Is Obama's reason for his two days off to visit his grandmother and or take care of some birth and citizenship documents in multiple countries? I recall someone indicating privacy requirements would need his presence to gain access to them.

Sure hope someone is tracking his activities so the requested documents don’t disappear or get modified between now and showing them.

I don’t care what party a presidential candidate is affiliated with, he/she must show undisputed proof of natural citizenship.

Well with two other lawsuits filed over the same issue, one in Washington State Court to the Washington Secretary of State to vet Obama's credentials or take him off the ballot, the other in Hawaii in the Hawaiian Supreme Court asking for a copy of the vault birth certificate be produced. So, assuming Berg's suit filed in Federal Court lacks standing the Washington case should settle that.

But as everyone who looks at this the real question is why is Obama not simiply producing the vault birth certificate? McCain had a simliar issue and he went to extraordinary steps to produce all of his birth records and evidence that he was a natural born citizen and the case was dismissed and that was the end of it.
This does not look good for Obama and the Democratic National Committee (a co-defendant in the Berg lawsuit that has retained Joe Sandler also counsel for CAIR). Obama and the DNC are spending a considerable amount of money trying to fight production of the document??????
It would be an interesting question if Obama is elected and then found not to be a natural born citizen. Very esoteric law, but a fundamental principal of our common law is that if an act is accomplished by fraud it is null. Obama could be out, likely Biden could not be President as his right to do so would be based on Obama. It may be that the election would go to the presidential candidate with the next highest votes.
With the level of peoples confidence in government at an all time low (anyone else still pisxsed about the two hundred million pork added to the bailout bill by the Senate?), why would Obama risk a national crisis rather than produce the birth certifcate?
This issue is not going away and deserves to be aired by the main stream media until Obama produces a certified vault copy of his birth certificate and, if it is as he has claimed, that would be the end of this. Time to step up.

1)The word anti-christ isn't even in Revelation but I will assume that you are refering to the Beast.
2)It never says the Beast will be in his 40s
3)It never says he will be a Muslim (Islam would not be founded for hundreds of years later)
4)It never says he will persuade people to follow him by being charmming or charismatic, he will cause them to. Avery basic greek word study shows that "cause" means to compel by force.
5)It does not say that he will destroy everything, but rather that God will send plauges and judgements on the Earth.

In order to MOVE to Indonesia, Stanley Ann Durham had to give UP her US citizenship, ergo so did Obama by law. He could have regained his US citizenship (if born in Hawaii) at the age of 18. Instead at the age of 20, he travels to Indonesia on an Indonesian passport? Why?

By the way, the court in Hawaii determined Andy Martin had no standing to request the Vault Birth Certificate.

Finally, in the Berg lawsuit there have been 27 motions filed to date. The easiest thing to do is either google Berg v Obama at Justia, then scroll down to the motions...click on the left number and print and read the motions yourself or read them right on the web. At Berg's website, obamacrimes.com there are pdfs of every motion, and the responses by Obama and the DNC. Berg's PDFs have the exhibits attached, which shows his proof to the court. Once you read everything, then you can decide for yourself if there is merit to the case. I believe there is. The FEC filed a motion to dismiss based on that Berg lacks standing...or if he doesn't, the FEC should be removed from the suit because the FEC does not hold oversight on whether a candidate meets constitutional requirements to run for POTUS. So if the FEC does NOT have oversight, who in the heck does?

All I can say is that the Mayan calendar puts the end of the current age of man in 2012, and that's an election year, and conveniently right at the end of Obama's first term. (I'm sure he'll win.) According to Jeff Schrieber at www.America'sRight.com, and The Philadelphia Daily News, the Court has dismissed Berg's complaint, supported by a 34-page memorandum.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports that
In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg's allegations of harm were "too vague and too attenuated" to confer standing on him or any other voters.

Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did "not constitute an injury in fact" and Berg's arguments to the contrary "ventured into the unreasonable."

1. The birth certificate online was examined by several forensic document specialists and deemed a forgery. Online documents are pretty suspect.
2. Why all the secrecy? Why the blocking of access to school and birth records?
3. The grandmother (paternal) has admitted to being in the delivery room in Kenya when Obama was born. Even with a valid Hawaii birth, there is the issue of Indonesian citizenship and the likelihood that Obama may still not be a US citizen.
4. Somewhere along the way, someone is going to force the production of the official document. Hopefully, it will be sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately the AP report is incorrect (what a surprise shoddy reporting from the AP). The Hawaii officials never said Obama was born in Hawaii, she merely stated they had the original copy of the long form birth certificate. It is actually against the law for them to reveal any details on the birth certificate without permission from Barak or his family. Its obvious the AP reporter made a poor and unprofessional assumption based off of Fukino's statements. The actual quote was as follows:

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen.
