He is guilty. There are now 17 lawsuits in 12 different states. Too much smoke for there not to be a fire somewhere.

Conservatives have been blowing smoke for years, and this is no exception. Trust me, there is no fire here.

I hope there is nothing substantial to it; I don't like the guy ( BHO ), I think he's bad for the nation; but the strife his removal by any other means than by the next presidential election would cause is not something I want to see happen.

However, if there is something to it, then . . Oh boy, what a dilemma: damned if you do ( proceed with his disqualification ) and damned if you don't (let him besmirch the constitution).

If there is nothing to hide, I really can't understand why he doesn't want these documents proving his natural-born status and/or his sole citizenship. His very obstinance itself is a slap in the face. It's giving the finger to us all.

Obama has put forth only a "Certification of live birth", which is NOT A Birth Certificate!



After months and months of unrequited requests, the Obama campaign did finally present a document which they claimed validated his eligibility (per the Constitution of the Unted States, Article II, Section I) as a "Natural born citizen" to have his name on the ballot in contention for the office of the President of the United States of America.



However, what the Obama campaign supplied was not, in fact, a "birth certificate". What they supplied was actually a "Certificate of Live Birth." There is a major difference between a "birth certificate" and a "Certificate of Live Birth."



Aside from the level of detail differentiating the documents (hospital of record, doctor, height, weight, etc) - in the state of Hawaii, one authenticates natural born citizenship, and the other doesn't. This part is important; - it has nothing to do with tin foil hats.



Per the State of Hawaii's Department of Health, "Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country." The "Certificate of Live Birth" provided by Obama, is in fact, a derivative of the "Amended certificates of birth" they site. Why is that important? Because of that second clause in the above citation. While you may show citizenship via such a document, you do not necessarily prove "natural born" citizenship. "Natural born citizenship" is what is required to be eligible to be considered for the Presidency, per the United States Constitution.



The form Obama posted wouldn't even be acceptable to make an application in Hawaii's Home Lands Program!

There is a further complication, however. His subsequent adoption by Lolo Soetoro and resultant INDONESIAN citizenship is a bigger fly in his ointment. (I laugh whenever reference is made to "citizen of the WORLD'... Obama truly is a WORLD CITIZEN!)

Indonesia, at the time Obama lived there and was deemed an Indonesian citizen, did not recognize dual citizenship, and neither did the US recognize dual citizenship with Indonesia. Thus, whether he held dual citizenship with the US and Kenya, whether he was born in the US or Kenya, or even - as some suggest - CANADA, is irrelevant as the ONLY legitimate citizenship he held once his adopted father moved him to Indonesia was Indonesian! His US Citizenship would be forfeit!

Whether and when Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama might have regained US Citizenship thereafter, it would be thru NATURALIZATION and that is SPECIFICALLY and EXPRESSLY ineligible to serve as President of the United States under Title II. (Could this be why he uses the politically risky name Barack Hussein Obama instead of the more innocuous "Barry Soetoro"? Perhaps Barry Soetoro is STILL an Indonesian citizen? Perhaps there are naturalization papers in the name of Barry Soetoro? I'm just asking...)

There is no removal. He hasn't been sworn in nor voted in by the electoral college. What's the big deal?? If he's not qualified, he's not qualified. It's just an understandable oversight by the DNC and Mr. Dean. They didn't know....why... they are the most intelligent people in the world. Why would they try to obfuscate the truth from America and the world. They are upstanding, honest servants that only care about people and not themselves. They just made a mistake...understandable.

So, they need to rebuke Obama as the President elect, which I'm sure they will do once they see the fraud that Obama has perpetrated upon them. I'm sure they will be outraged at the level of deceipt used by Obama and ask America for forgiveness for being obviously duped by an expert con-artist. Thank God we have people like the Democrats who would never do anything to deceive us and protect our Constitution. Way to go Dems....were just waiting for the disqualification now. When will you come forward and let us know that you are honest and now that you know the truth, and the truth shall set us free? We're waiting. The world is waiting and watching to see if the Constitution will stand. Uh, if it doesn't, then all bets are off on obeying the law. Indeed, if the Constitution doesn't matter, then nothing matters. We are free to break the law at will with no consequence. Since anything Obama would sign or do while a sitting President, if would have no effect and in fact would not have any legal weight whatsoever.

If the Constitution doesn't matter, then paying taxes, obeying laws in general don't matter anymore and we can use this example as precedence that we no longer need to obey the law. It's now a free for all if that happens. Lawlessness will rule and the folks making the rules will have lost all their credibility and standing in the USA.

So Dems, do you still want to ignore the Constitution??????

Take a minute and do a search on Google news for posse comitatus. What would happen if Obama is found not to be able to take the oath of office or have to be removed from office?

Here we go again? This issue has been around for a long time already. AND THEN nothing was ever done. AND THEN BHO was elected. I believe if he were actually born in the US, he should have, probably would have shown the correct documentation. If you have nothing to hide, why would he not show the docs? I have grave doubts the media will allow anything to happen to this chosen one. AND THEN - he will take the oath - because he truly believes he can get away with whatever he wants to. At this point I've had it! Our entire government is broken, and no one seems to be able to anything at all. From the local government to the capital - they have been inoculated with stupid and it took.

He never registered for the selective service? REALLY? How did he get away with that? Didn't he have to register to get financial aid he got for college?
If true, it would make sense if he did not register because he was not really a citizen and did not have to worry about it....

Keyes has filed a real case in Sacramento Superior Court that has named Obama, Biden, Deborah Brown the Secretary of State and the 55 California electors among others.

This case does not have the lack of standing issues used to dismiss the other suits. Also, one of Keyes attorneys is Gary Kreep (yes great name for an attorney) but check him out on Google he is a very competent attorney and not to be taken lightly.

The two cases before the Supreme Court are iffy at best. There is some kind of a hearing in the Berg matter on Dec. 1 but it is likely just going to be shown the door.

In the other SC case Leo does have a Conference set on Dec. 5 where all of the SC's get together and vote to see if they will take the case or not. Leo needs four of the Justices to decide to take the case or he is done.

It seems to me that the best shot for finally getting a read on Obama is the Keyes case. Obama and the DNC will have to stand and deliver the documents to prove that Obama is a "natural born citizen" or he can be denied the 55 electoral votes. If the evidence submitted finds Obama ineligible that will spread to other States.

If Philip Berg, Andy Martin, Alan Keyes and all of the others making these claims are lying, and this could possibly destroy Barack's career, and effectively end the Democratic Party, why have the DNC and the Obama Camp not sued them for libel?

I know if these "vicious rumors" were being published and pursued about and against me, and I had nothing to hide in a court of law I would have sued for libel the day these suits were presented.

Instead the DNC and Obama have decided to file injunctions and attempt to have these suits tossed on technicalities to avoid having to prove the unprovable which would ultimately lead to the absolute destruction of the Democratic Party and the "Hope" of changing the course of this country forever.

Those who do not want to open all of Obama's sealed records may be part of the problem and not part of the solution. What's so wrong with some kind of validation. I had doubts, but voted for him anyway. It just may be he has something to hide, I don't know. If he's not ligament he shouldn't become the president. I may not ever trust my own party ever again. I sure hope I didn't make a mistake voting for this possible usurper.

Where is the media on this? I know they are and have been in the tank for him from day one...but where are they now?
